At February 10 sitting, the parliament continued the debate of the RA Criminal Procedure Code in the first reading. During the exchange of ideas, Nikolay Baghdasaryan has highlighted the adoption of the Code, noting that the draft law needs revision. He has informed that the draft law has not been debated in the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs due to objective reasons, but the Committee members have positive opinion related to the draft law. Taron Simonyan has expressed fear that the judicial system is not ready to realize the new Code, as numerous cases will be opened, which can arise problems for the prosecutors and investigators. According to Vladimir Vardanyan, the Working Group will continue the debates with the specialists of the sphere for having a Code complying with the modern requirements.

The Government proposes to make amendments and addenda to the law on Accounting of the Public Sector Organizations. It is expected to ensure the investment of the complete system of the accounting of the public sector organizations.
